Although the restaurant had begun to fill up, it was far from at capacity with a number of tables still empty. However, after a while it began to feel like we were being rushed out. It was covered with tomatillo sauce which helped, but overall I was a little disappointed. I ended up choosing the shredded chicken Chimichanga. Was provided the standard chips and salsa and perused the menu. We showed up about 40 minutes early for our 5:45pm reservation, but the place was 3/4 empty so we were seated immediately. Since the event was at South Point, we decided to eat at Baja Miguel's. Most of our team stayed at South Point (I get comp'ed at Boyd properties, so I stayed at one of theirs).
