Attend special event functions when appropriate to promote marketing efforts and greet customers.Work in conjunction with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives and on-property personnel to assist and facilitate qualified in-house casino customers.Manage casino patrons to profitable levels.Understand process for critical business decisions and approvals regarding customer credit lines, allowances, and comps.Authorize and grant intermediate marker authorization limits to qualifying customers.Charged with taking into a larger role of developing property’s customer base to increase customer development efforts.Determine and evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and use authorization to approve comps and allowances (room, food, beverage, events tickets, free play, airfare, or discounts).All duties are to be performed in accordance with MGM Resorts International Marketing polices practices and procedures. It is the primary responsibility of the Marketing Executive to maintain a customer base while using appropriate judgment to make decisions regarding casino customer requests.
